Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga, accessible to everyone with no previous yoga experience necessary. The benefits of chair yoga include increased flexibility and range of motion, improved balance, improved muscle strength, reduced stress, reduced pain, better sleep, improved proprioception, and overall improved quality of life. In class, you can expect some breathwork, warm up stretching, seated poses, some gentle standing poses and balance poses with the option to use the chair as support, cool down, and final relaxation. Use your subscription or class pass to reduce the per-class rate.
