This is the perfect first yoga class to help you feel welcome and supported. Yoga for Beginners is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. The class flows at a slower pace with a focus on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Kris teaches the fundamentals of a yoga practice, incorporating breath, proper alignment, mindfulness practices, and a dash of silliness! Beginners and all-levels welcome.
