Who knew you could cultivate so much relaxation in 60 minutes? This practice will be very slow, easeful and calming, allowing you to ground and settle your nervous system. We will incorporate slow flow vinyasa movements with longer-held calming poses. There will be a particular emphasis on breath and its ability to calm and restore our bodies. Expect to leave the class feeling ready for bed.
