This class will begin with a centering practice and a series of warmups. We will build the practice using sun salutations and opening postures, building heat and strength to the peak posture; all centered around a yogic theme. The practice will wind back down, ending in a rewarding savasana. Variations will be offered throughout so all levels can feel welcome.
