Mat Pilates is a pilates training practice with an intentional focus on breathing while initiating centering movements that both strengthen and lengthen key muscle groups. This form of exercise focuses on your core (trunk) while also training your arms and legs, complementing many other exercise modalities. Movements are linked to breathing for a true mind body practice, and class finishes with a peaceful rest.
