Kundalini Yoga & Gong: Kundalini yoga is a highly effective practice incorporating yoga postures, repetitive movement, breathwork, sound/ mantra, active meditation, and deep relaxation. The main objective of these practices is to quickly balance your nervous system, glandular system, and neutral mind, to increase awareness and equanimity, and to remove energetic blocks. Kundalini yoga offers a nourishing path back to the original soul, a practice that helps remove energetic and physical barriers to wellbeing and emotional balance. The symphonic gong is played during deep relaxation to evoke a meditative state through the powerful yet subtle experience of vibration and sensation. Join Patricia Sullivan on the second Wednesday of the month from 9:30-11 am for a Kundalini + Gong yoga practice, and Sheldon Kendall on the 4th Sunday of the month from 11:15 am-12:30 pm for a traditional Kundalini practice
