Deepen your breath, grow your practice, and go with the flow. This mindful and strong yoga practice invites you to go deeper while using the breath to strengthen yet move with ease. This class offers more movement and at a faster pace while cultivating conscious breath work, and moving through vinyasa flows, sun salutations, and balance postures with creative, invigorating sequencing. Arm balances and inversions may be offered. Recommended for students with a consistent yoga practice and understanding of yoga postures and alignment.
